We are here to fully satisfy the requirements of both private and business use of this site,
however sometimes we may not be able to fulfil the needs and wants of ALL our customers therefore please find below our cancellation
and refund policy:
1.All Sales Are Final
If you are unhappy with the features of the service you have purchased, a credit may be issued.
Once your account is activated and potential drivers/passengers are procured from our databases no refund will be issued.
It is our aim to provide a full list of passengers ONLY to the drivers, passengers will only be given the contact details of registered drivers that match their search criteria
If you are completely satisfied that there is sufficient demand for drivers in your area then
you may purchase your position in our databases and only then will passengers be able to
contact you. If you are not contacted by passengers within one month of registering on our
databases we will attend to your request for a refund should you require this.
If a passenger attempts to contact you and you fail to respond on three consecutive attempts no refunds
will be issued.
2.There are no Cash Refunds
Due to huge processing fees of credit card merchants accounts, labour, effort and resources, full refunds will not be issueed
in cash or currency. We take extra care to ensure services offered are in good faith and valid. This can take some time as credit
card processors have their own schedule for verifying orders. This delay is not generally very long, but there are instances where
an extended delay may occur due to fraud checks, we ask that each client be patient throughout this process.
3.Cancellations
Cancellations are dealt with on a case by case basis. The methods and resolution of a particular cancellation issue is up to the discretion
of the management of SydneyCarPool.com.
